We are delighted to be working with this Cambridge based organisation. They are recruiting for a Technical Account Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis with options of hybrid working.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Support clients with technical issues across systems and services
* Developing strong relationships with current clients and further upselling services
* Being the first point of contact for clients on technical issues
* Monitor and engage with clients on services and licence compliance
* Ensure technical services are delivered to clients efficiently
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience in a similar Technical Account Manager or Tech Sales position
* Excellent customer facing skills and ability to communicate via phone, email and face-to-face
* Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels to promote retention
* Experience liaising between technical and non-technical teams
* Good technical knowledge and understanding of technical terms
* Strong troubleshooting skills
* Desire to work within the “tech for good” space
