We’re looking for a seasoned technical leader who blends deep hands on engineering experience with strong strategic and architectural insight. In this role, you’ll guide multidisciplinary teams in designing, building, and delivering robust software solutions. You’ll set technical direction, champion engineering excellence, and drive digital innovation for our clients. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on tackling complex challenges, developing people, and crafting scalable, cloud native systems across a range of modern technologies.

Key Requirements

Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring software engineering teams, combining technical depth with people leadership.
Strong communication skills with proven ability to build trust and influence at all levels, especially in client facing delivery.
Comprehensive understanding of full software delivery lifecycles from design and development through deployment and operations.
Skilled in continuous integration and deployment pipelines, infrastructure as code, and release automation.
Proven ability to improve performance through methods such as caching, tuning, and load or stress testing.
Solid grasp of contemporary engineering practices including TDD, contract testing, secure coding, and architectural approaches like event driven systems.
Analytical mindset with a pragmatic approach to solving complex technical problems.
Experience supporting business development activities, including contributing to bids, proposals, and technical presentations
