Tendering Engineer - £45,000 to £65,000 + Hybrid Working (Harlow, Essex)

Electrical Infrastructure | LV / 11kV | Projects up to £1m

Are you an experienced Tendering or Estimating Engineer looking for your next step? Do you want to join a growing, well‑established ICP with a strong pipeline of work and real opportunities to progress?

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Tendering Engineer to join an electrical infrastructure provider working across LV and 11kV networks, with the chance to gain exposure to 33kV projects too.

This role offers a mix of hybrid working, varied projects, and the chance to be part of a supportive, collaborative team.

What You'll Be Doing

Preparing accurate tenders and cost estimates for electrical infrastructure projects

Working across LV and 11kV schemes (with some 33kV exposure)

Pricing projects ranging from £20k up to £1m

Reviewing technical drawings, specifications and client requirements

Liaising with internal teams, suppliers and clients to ensure competitive and compliant bids

Supporting the wider pre‑construction function with commercial and technical input

What We're Looking For

Experience in electrical tendering or estimating

Background within an ICP or electrical infrastructure environment

Knowledge of LV and 11kV networks (33kV desirable but not essential)

Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tenders and work to deadlines
