Test Lead - Capital Markets, ADO
Up to £440 per day - Inside IR35
London / Hybrid - 3 days a week on site

My client is an instantly recognisable consultancy who urgently require a Test Lead with Capital Markets domain experience to join a business-critical programme.
Key Requirements:
Proven commercial experience working as a Test Lead in capital markets and middle/back-office operations, including trade lifecycle, settlements, and FO & BO position/cash reconciliation.
Solid knowledge of multiple asset classes (equities, bonds, ETDs, ETFs, swaps) to define effective testing strategies and approaches.
Ability to lead test data collection and implement comprehensive strategies for functional, regression, and integration testing.
Skilled in developing detailed test cases aligned with business requirements and functional specifications for full scenario coverage.
Expertise in defect management lifecycle, including identification, tracking, resolution, and stakeholder communication.
Hands-on experience with ADO test management tool and strong written/verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
