Test Technician ~ Electronics & Manufacturing
Ferndown, Dorset
£12.50 per hour | 4-Day Work Week | 39 Hours
⏳ Monday – Thursday, (Long weekends, every week!)
Are you an experienced Test Technician with 3+ years in Contract Electronics Manufacturing (CEM). Looking for a role where you get a great work-life balance without sacrificing pay? As a Test Technician, your role and responsibilities include:
Inspect & Test ~ Ensure electronic and electromechanical products meet quality standards
Diagnose & Repair ~ Identify and fix faults in electronic components
Develop Procedures ~ Maintain test schedules and calibration processes
Continuous Improvements ~ Investigate and resolve quality or process issues
Support Leadership ~ Provide holiday cover for the Cell Team Leader
Health & Safety ~ Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant workspace
