Town Planner - Edinburgh (Hybrid)
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE) + benefits
A leading UK property consultancy is seeking a Town Planner to join its growing Edinburgh team. This is a great opportunity to work within a respected, multidisciplinary environment that combines planning expertise with commercial property, valuation, and development consultancy services.

The Role
As a Town Planner, you'll contribute to the delivery of planning advice and development strategies for a diverse client base. You'll work closely with senior colleagues, gaining exposure to high-profile projects and helping clients unlock the full potential of their land and property assets.

Key Responsibilities
Assisting with the preparation and management of planning applications and appeals
Providing planning policy and development advice to clients and colleagues
Supporting site appraisals, feasibility studies, and stakeholder engagement
Liaising with local authorities, consultants, and design teams
Contributing to project management and client reportingAbout You
MRTPI qualified or working towards chartered status
Around 2-5 years' experience in a planning consultancy or local authority role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, commercially minded approach
Confidence in managing multiple projects and deadlinesWhat's on Offer
