🔧 Key Responsibilities
Assisting with the preparation and cutting of meat products
Learning butchery techniques including boning, trimming, and portioning
Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
Supporting with stock rotation and inventory checks
Serving customers and providing product advice when required
Keeping the work area clean, organised, and compliant with health regulations
Following all company procedures and safety guidelines
🎯 What We're Looking For
A genuine interest in butchery and food preparation
Willingness to learn and take direction
Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards
Previous experience in a food or retail environment is beneficial but not essential
