Trainee Process Operative needed in Tewkesbury, Training & Development Opportunity, Salary: Starting at £14.12 per hour rising to £14.54 with training, Hours: 37.5 per week, Contract: Temp to Perm (12 Weeks).

What You’ll Do
Learn and operate various production processes.
Follow batch instructions and processing guidelines.
Conduct routine quality and safety checks.
Move materials and support production flow.
Keep work areas clean and compliant with safety standards.
Work across multiple shift types, including occasional Sundays.
What We’re Looking For
No previous experience required — full training provided.
Ability to work across early, day, and late shifts.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable and committed attitude.
Physically fit and comfortable with a hands-on role. Shift Pattern
Weekdays:
Early: 05:00–13:00
Day: 09:00–17:00
Late: 13:00–finish Sunday:
06:00–finish (typically 10–11 hours)
