Transport Planner

£30-35,000 plus bonus and benefits

Monday to Friday

Bristol (BS11)

Great opportunity to support a logistics operations team to support daily planning of deliveries and collections across the South West.

Responsibilities:

  * Assist in planning and allocating daily pallet collections and deliveries across Bristol and surrounding areas.

  * Support the routing and scheduling of vehicles ranging from 3.5T to 44T to ensure efficient fleet utilisation.

  * Process driver paperwork accurately and ensure all compliance documentation is up to date.

  * Liaise with drivers to communicate schedules, resolve operational issues, and ensure service quality.

  * Provide excellent customer service by handling delivery queries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  * Previous experience in a similar transport planning role

  * Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

  * Excellent communication skills
