ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT CO-ORDINATOR (TCO) – FULL-TIME OR 4 DAYS PER WEEK | £15+ PER HOUR PLUS COMMISSION | START DATE: ASAP | FREE PARKING AVAILABLE
We are currently seeking a confident, professional, and patient-focused Orthodontic Treatment Co-ordinator to join our friendly and highly skilled team at a modern, 13-surgery mixed dental practice offering general dentistry, orthodontics, and implants.
Location: Bexleyheath
Employment Type: Permanent, full-time (Monday to Friday), with flexibility to consider 4 days per week
Working Hours: 08:45 to 17:45
Dental Software: Kodak R4
Salary: £15+ per hour, depending on experience, plus commission
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Orthodontic Treatment Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our award-winning orthodontist and clinical team, delivering exceptional care and guiding patients through their treatment journey. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys providing a high standard of service in a busy and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Acting as the main point of contact for all orthodontic patient enquiries
Delivering a high-quality, personalised patient experience throughout the treatment journey
Coordinating diaries and scheduling appointments efficiently
Preparing treatment plans, financial information, and patient correspondence
Conducting consultations to explain treatment options, payment plans, and aftercare
Maintaining accurate records and clinical notes
Managing patient communications, follow-ups, and queries
Working collaboratively with the clinical and reception teams to ensure a smooth workflowCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
GDC registration is essential
Previous experience in a Treatment Co-ordinator role is highly desirable, ideally within orthodontics
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Experience with Kodak R4 is desirable
