What You'll Be Doing:

* Supporting students with their learning, wellbeing, and engagement in lessons
* Collaborating with staff to promote academic progress and inclusion
* Gaining experience across a variety of subjects and age groups

* Individuals with experience working with young people (e.g. mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or youth work)
* Confident communicators who can motivate and manage a classroom effectively
* Proactive and adaptable individuals with a genuine passion for education
* Those considering teacher training routes (PGCE/SCITT) or careers in education
* Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic team players ready to make a difference
