Upholsterer – High-End Bespoke Workshop
Location: Travel paid up to 1 hour from the workshop
We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious client known for working with some of the UK's top interior designers. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-end upholstery workshop that values craftsmanship, creativity, and attention to detail.
About the Role
You will be part of a talented and supportive team, working on a variety of bespoke projects, from traditional and modern upholstery to soft furnishings and full interior refurbishments. This is a hands-on role involving the full production process, from build through to finishing, ensuring every piece meets the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Full upholstery production, including frame preparation, cutting, padding, and finishing
* Use of hand and power tools
* Heavy lifting, furniture assembly, and teamwork in a busy workshop
* Occasional site work when required
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in upholstery, ideally with both modern and traditional techniques
* Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A proactive, reliable, and punctual approach
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
* Good design awareness and practical problem-solving skills
