Are you an experienced Van Driver looking for a new opportunity?
We’re currently hiring a Van Driver to deliver plumbing and constructions materials on behalf of our well-established company based in Redhill. This is a great opportunity for a delivery driver who is confident driving in London or longer distances in a regular van or flatbed. It is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate
This is a temporary van driving job with the potential for ongoing assignments for reliable drivers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate a 3.5T van or flatbed for some shifts
* Conduct multiple deliveries across construction and commercial sites.
* Load and unload plumbing materials safely and efficiently.
* Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate with site staff.
* Ensure vehicle checks are completed daily.
Essential Requirements:
* Valid UK driving licence (3.5T, Category B)
* No more than 6 penalty points (no major endorsements)
* Previous experience as a van driver. With Experience in Securing loads down safely to ensure no shifting or damage occurs.
* Comfortable with physical work and manual handling.
* Familiar with health & safety on active job sites
* The ideal candidate will have experience in Heavy plant deliveries and the construction sector.
