* Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and providing professional advice
Qualifications
* Proven experience in vehicle assessment or related automotive roles is desirable
* Mechanical knowledge with the ability to identify vehicle damage accurately
* Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanour
* Ability to upsell services tactfully while maintaining integrity and customer trust
* Experience in cash handling and transaction processing is preferred
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written
* A valid driving licence is required for mobility between locations if necessary
