Conduct accurate vehicle damage assessments and detailed estimations
Liaise effectively with customers, technicians, and insurance companies
Prepare precise repair estimates ensuring quality control and compliance
Manage the Vehicle Damage Assessor process for smooth workflow and timely repairs
Prioritise workloads within a high-volume environment to meet deadlines
Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism
Assist in maintaining adherence to health and safety standardsRequirements:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor within the automotive industry
Essential: Audatex experience
ATA qualification or equivalent is highly advantageous
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure within a volume dealership environment
Full driving licence
Motivated, reliable, and capable of managing high workloads effectively
