Job Description
Vehicle fitters required in Coventry for a 6-month contract. The position is paying an hourly rate of up to £25.00 ltd/self employed or £18.82 PAYE per hour.
Work will involve the fitting of parts and general building of armoured / military vehicles of various sizes. Working on assembly and integration of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems. We’re looking for Vehicle / Mechanical fitters with experience of working on similar specialist, military, armoured or Heavy vehicles ideally. Fitters must be able to use a variety of engineering hand tools, power tools and read/follow engineering drawings and instructions.
Monday to Friday working week, based on a standard 37.5 hour week, with the opportunity for extra hours/overtime. The contact is due to run for 6 months with the possibility of being extended.
