Location: Bolton
Salary: £28,000 - £41,000 Basic + Overtime + Bonus

The Role

As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to manufacturer standards whilst delivering exceptional levels of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

Diagnosing and repairing vehicle faults
Carrying out servicing and maintenance work
Completing vehicle health checks
Performing routine and complex repairs
Ensuring work is completed efficiently and accurately
Maintaining high levels of workshop productivity and quality
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the dealership

Technician Levels Available

Prep Technician - up to £35,000
Service & Maintenance Technician - up to £36,200
Service & Diagnostic Technician - up to £38,600
Senior Technician - up to £41,000

Requirements

NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Level 3, or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within a franchised dealership environment
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
Own tools
Full UK Driving Licence
Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
