Job Description

Vehicle Technician – Coventry 
Salary: £34,000–£36,000 basic (DOE)
 OTE: £45,000+ (uncapped bonus)
Hours: Monday to Friday days, Saturday on rota
 Location: Coventry
 Additional Pay: £125 per month for MOT-qualified Technicians

Clear progression opportunities within a growing dealer groupVehicle Technician – The Role As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards. You’ll diagnose faults using modern diagnostic equipment, complete repairs efficiently, and ensure all work is recorded accurately. You’ll also conduct vehicle health checks (EVHC), identify additional work, and contribute to a safe, professional workshop environment.

 What We’re Looking For
NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic (dealership experience ideal)
MOT Tester licence (desirable but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Ability to work efficiently in a busy workshop
Full UK driving licence
