Our client, a well-established family-run franchise dealership in Stockton, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated and friendly team. This Vehicle Technician opportunity offers the chance to work within a trusted local business with a strong reputation for customer service and repeat business. Basic salary of up to £38,000
OTE of up to £42,000
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, with optional weekend work

Carry out routine vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics
Conduct mechanical and electrical repairs to a high standard
Use diagnostic equipment to identify issues and resolve faults
Complete all associated documentation accurately
Ensure vehicles meet safety and quality standards as a Vehicle Technician
Guide and support junior team members when necessary
Maintain workshop tools and equipment to a high standard
Ensure timely completion of all assigned workRequirements of the Vehicle Technician:

Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or a relevant equivalent
Demonstrable experience working in a main dealer or independent garage
Full UK driving licence
MOT licence is desirable but not essential
Strong mechanical skills and diagnostic ability
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work
