Description

Supervise and motivate a small warehouse team to achieve operational objectives.
Ensure the accurate and timely processing of goods in and out of the warehouse.
Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock control procedures.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse environment.
Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Provide training and development for team members to optimise performance.
Prepare and present performance reports to management.Profile

A successful Warehouse Manager should have:

Previous experience in a warehouse or Supply Chain role within the FMCG industry.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
