Night Operations Manager - UK
Location: Warrington
Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 20:00-06:00
Salary: £45,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all aspects of the UK night operation
Lead, motivate, and support night shift teams to achieve KPIs and service targets
Ensure compliance with health & safety and operational standards
Work closely with other departments to maintain seamless day-to-day operations
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions
Handle any operational issues promptly to minimise disruption
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or transport management role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Flexibility to travel when required
