£34,000 - £40,000 + Full Autonomy + 33 Days Holiday
Workshop Based, Commutable from Gloucester, Tewkesbury, Worcester, Cheltenham, Ross-on-wye, Evesham and surrounding areas
Are you a Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor looking for the opportunity to take charge and lead a close knit team where you will have the autonomy to implement and improve how you see best, a hands on role whilst playing a vital role in the leadership team of this specialist manufacturer?
This is a great opportunity to further your career within a highly established team, whilst putting your own stamp on the team, where you will have the scope to have a real impact of the business through autonomy and empowerment driving the warehouse team.
This business have 26 employees, and have recently spent £200,000 renovating their office and warehouse, they are a globally recognised specialist and are recruiting due to an upcoming retirement.
This role will suit a Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor looking for the opportunity to take charge and lead a close knit team where you will have the autonomy to implement and improve how you see best, whilst playing a vital role in the leadership team of this specialist manufacturer.
The Role:
*Supporting the Warehouse team of 6 (4 Operatives, 1 Supervisor and 1 Apprentice)
*Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm
*Full Product training and further career progression
