Job Description

Recruitment Pro, an Award-Winning Doncaster-based Recruitment Agency, are excited to be recruiting Pharmacy Packing Assistants for our client’s busy and growing site in Banbury. This is a fantastic temporary to permanent opportunity with real long-term potential, working in a supportive environment where hard work is recognised and rewarded.

  * Work any 5 days out of 7 (flexible shifts on a 2-week rotation) which will include working a weekend every 2 weeks.

Key Responsibilities

  * Accurately pick and pack pharmacy products based on customer orders

  * Safely handle stock, including manual handling tasks (lifting up to 20kg)

  * Inspect products for damage or defects, reporting issues to maintain quality standards

  * Ensure pharmaceutical products are stored and dispatched correctly

  * Support the wider team with general operations, admin, and logistics

  * Work safely and comply with all health and safety regulations

Requirements

  * MUST have a full UK driver’s license and access to a car (no public transport available to site)

  * Willingness to complete a DBS check prior to starting

  * Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

  * Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  * Reliable, proactive, and motivated with a positive attitude
