Warehouse Operative – Join Our Growing Team
Location: Taunton Salary: £12.21 per hour (rising to £13.15 after 12 weeks) Contract: Temp-to-Perm
About the Role
We are looking for motivated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our expanding team in Taunton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where every day brings variety and new challenges.
You’ll be involved in a wide range of warehouse and production tasks, from packing and labelling to stock movement and operating automated machinery. With production levels increasing, this role offers stability, skill development and long-term prospects.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor automated machinery safely and efficiently
Carry out general warehouse and production duties
Label, pack and prepare customer orders
Maintain a clean and organised workspace
Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments
Support and uphold health & safety standards

Previous warehouse, production or machinery experience (desirable but not essential)
