Warehouse Supervisor – Pharmaceutical Sector
Location: Wroxton, Oxfordshire (On-site)
Salary: £32,000 – £37,000 (DOE)
Hours: 08:30 – 17:00 (40 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent

Recruitment Pro, an award-winning recruitment agency, are excited to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a Warehouse Supervisor in the Pharmaceutical Sector to oversee the daily operations of a growing online healthcare warehouse.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, proactive leader to take ownership of people, processes, and compliance within a fast-paced, regulated environment. While pharmaceutical experience is beneficial, it is not essential — we welcome candidates with backgrounds in logistics, manufacturing, healthcare administration, compliance, or other process-driven industries who can demonstrate strong leadership and operational management skills.
As Warehouse Supervisor in the Pharmaceutical Sector, you will ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient running of warehouse operations, leading a multidisciplinary team and driving continuous improvement. This hands-on leadership role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance compliance with operational efficiency.
You will work closely with pharmacists, customer service and logistics teams to ensure orders are processed accurately, stock is managed effectively and compliance standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
* Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
* Oversee processing of prescriptions, orders, stock, and documentation.
* Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations (full training provided).
* Support workflow improvements and scalability initiatives.
Team Leadership
* Supervise and support warehouse operatives, technicians, and assistants.
* Manage rotas, performance reviews, training, and development.
* Build and foster a positive, collaborative team culture.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
* Maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Conduct audits and support inspection readiness.
* Ensure adherence to compliance, safety, and SOP standards.
Stock & Inventory Control
* Oversee stock rotation, storage, and expiry tracking.
* Minimise waste and maintain availability of essential items.
* Ensure safe handling and storage in line with regulations.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience managing warehouse or operations teams in a regulated or process-driven environment (e.g., logistics, healthcare, manufacturing, food production).
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
* High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
* Confident using digital systems and workflows.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Desirable Attributes
* Experience in stock control, compliance, or quality assurance.
* Familiarity with SOPs and audit processes.
* Understanding of health and safety practices.
* An interest in healthcare, wellbeing, or digital services.

* Full training provided on pharmaceutical systems and compliance.

* Some weekend work may be required as part of a 7-day operation.
