Works Coordinator
Hourly Rate: £16.21 PAYE per hour
Location: Doxford Park - hybrid working (3 days onsite / 2 days from home)

Day-to-day of the role:
Support Contract Managers with key administrative activities for contractor delivery, focusing on specialist M&E works.
Contact and liaise with customers and contractors to schedule appointment visits.
Raise and close work orders within Housing Management systems.
Ensure accurate updating of systems and databases with servicing and supporting information.
Create and update reports and works schedules to enable Contract Managers to monitor programme delivery.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Highly developed administration skills with proficiency in all Microsoft packages and in-house systems.
Background in a Social Housing environment.
Experience using Housing Management Systems
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Problem-solving abilities in sourcing external services and material solutions.
