Job Description

Role: Workshop & Sales Administrator 

Location: Swindon 

Hours: Full time

Salary: £12.60ph

We’re currently recruiting for a Workshop & Sales Administrator to join a busy and growing team based in Swindon. .

The Role:

This is a dual role where your time will be split between:

Workshop duties (approx. 50%) – using hand tools to assist with product preparation, fitting, or light assembly work.

Office/admin duties (approx. 50%) – supporting the sales and admin team with order processing, data entry, and customer communication. 
Liaising with customers via phone and email, providing excellent service and support.

What we would like from you:

Confident using computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
Comfortable working with hand tools in a workshop environment.
Knowledge of Sage software is beneficial but not essential.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn both office and workshop processes.
