The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

Person Specification:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

Strong knowledge of the Year 1 curriculum, with the ability to plan and deliver lessons that are engaging, creative, and tailored to the needs of individual students.

Experience in using formative assessments to track progress and plan next steps for student development.

Excellent classroom management skills, creating a positive and focused learning environment that supports all students in reaching their potential.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
