North Croydon | Full-Time | Temp to Perm Opportunity

Tradewind Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a welcoming and inclusive community primary school in North Croydon in their search for a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 2 Teacher to join their team from September 2026.

This is a full-time position starting in September 2026 on a long-term temporary basis through Tradewind Recruitment, with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract directly with the school following a successful academic year.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have experience teaching within a primary school setting
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
Be passionate about delivering creative and engaging lessons
Have excellent classroom management skills
Be committed to ensuring every child achieves their full potentialApplications are welcomed from both experienced teachers and strong Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to begin or continue their teaching journey within a supportive school environment.
