Our partner primary school in Islington (N1) is seeking a passionate teacher to join their team and inspire pupils through the crucial stages of Key Stage 1 learning.
About the Role:
Full-time Year 2 class teacher position within a well-resourced and inclusive school.
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 National Curriculum.
Support pupils through SATs preparation, ensuring every child achieves their full potential.
Work collaboratively with experienced colleagues and the leadership team to deliver outstanding teaching and learning.
Foster a positive, nurturing, and creative classroom environment.
About You:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
Proven experience teaching in KS1, ideally in Year 2.
Strong understanding of phonics, assessment, and SATs preparation.
Passionate about creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
A team player who is reflective, motivated, and eager to contribute to school life.
