Horizon Teachers are seeking a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join the Key Stage 2 Team at a vibrant, diverse and dynamic school in the centre of Croydon.

Roles and responsibilities:
Plan, deliver and assess high-quality lessons in line with the Year 3 curriculum.
Create an engaging and supportive classroom environment that promotes a love of learning.
Differentiate teaching to meet the varied needs of pupils, ensuring all children make good progress.
Work closely with the KS2 team and support staff to deliver effective teaching and interventions.
Maintain positive relationships with parents and communicate pupils’ progress clearly.
Contribute to wider school life, including staff meetings, training and school events.
Uphold the school’s safeguarding procedures and ensure pupil wellbeing remains a priority.
