We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated, and inspiring Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Chatham on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2026.

This role comes with full classroom responsibility and would suit a passionate teacher committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences and supporting pupils as they transition into Key Stage 2.

The successful candidate will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential

Have strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum

Be confident in planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons

Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills

Be committed to raising achievement and supporting all learners

Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

Work effectively as part of a supportive school team

Have a positive, proactive, and nurturing approach to teaching
