The Role:
As a Year 3 Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging and challenging lessons to your class, ensuring that each child’s academic and personal development is supported. You will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons that align with the National Curriculum, as well as monitoring student progress, providing targeted interventions where needed, and preparing students for the next stages of their learning journey. You will work closely with your colleagues in a supportive and collaborative environment to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and inspire Year 3 students.

Assess and track students’ academic progress, providing regular feedback and support to ensure every child meets their potential.
*
Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning and positive behavior.
*
Differentiate teaching to meet the individual needs of students, including providing additional support where necessary.
*
Collaborate with colleagues in planning and delivering the curriculum to ensure consistency and high standards across the school.
*
Regularly communicate with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child’s progress and well-being.
What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
*
Experience in teaching Key Stage 2, ideally within Year 3.
*
A creative, engaging, and inclusive approach to teaching that meets the diverse needs of all students.

Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive, focused learning environment.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and students.
