In this Year 4 Teacher role, you will:
Act as a mentor to all students, encouraging them to succeed and supporting their individual targets
Track progress of students effectively and plan suitable interventions
Create a positive and engaging learning environment where all students feel supported
Work closely with other KS2 colleagues to ensure that the curriculum is taught cohesively
Share planning with other teachers across KS2
Demonstrate a track record of excellent teaching within a primary setting (KS2 experience is valued highly)This role is available to experienced teachers who are looking for a new setting to share their expertise, as well as ECT's who are looking for their first step into a teaching position. The school offers excellent training for all levels of experience.
