Redbridge, London
M1 – M6 (£36,413 – £48,532 Outer London pay scale, depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2026

We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative and committed Year 5 Class Teacher to join our friendly and inclusive primary school in the London Borough of London Borough of Redbridge for a September 2026 start. The Role

The successful candidate will:

Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons for a Year 5 class
Create a positive and stimulating learning environment
Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and the wider school community
Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
Contribute positively to the wider life of the school
We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2
Demonstrates excellent classroom practice and strong behaviour management
Is passionate about raising standards and improving outcomes for all pupils
Has strong communication and organisational skills
Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
