Key Responsibilities:

Participate in the wider school community through involvement in extracurricular activities, school events, and professional development opportunities.
Person Specification:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

A thorough understanding of the Year 5 curriculum, with experience in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.

Proven ability to assess pupil progress and use data to inform planning and ensure effective differentiation.

Excellent classroom management skills, with the ability to create a positive learning environment that encourages both academic success and personal growth.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
