Pay: £80 to £100 dependent on experience*

Who are you?
Experience working with children, ideally within an educational or SEND setting.
Have a good understanding of child development and experience of supporting young children in a school or pre-school setting (essential)
Have a good sense of humour!
Have knowledge of alternative communication strategies such as PECS and Makaton
Able to demonstrate an ability to nurture children in accordance with their individual emotional, social and learning needs
Excellent behaviour management skill
Able to provide written and verbal feedback to the class teacher as required
understands confidentiality and safeguarding procedures
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 support to your assigned child in delivering lesson content and facilitating learning inside and outside the classroom.
Follow any specific intervention and support programmes for your assigned child.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
Support children’s social and emotional development, encouraging confidence and independence.
Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to implement personalised support plans.
Promote positive behaviour and well-being through encouragement and structured support.
