1:1 Teaching Assistant
1:1 Teaching Assistant - Mainstream primary school - Wellingborough, Northamptonshire - Full-time until the end of July - Trialling next week!

Tradewind are currently working closely with a brilliant mainstream primary school in Wellingborough who are looking to recruit an experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work with a KS2 student. This is a full-time position, and you will be required to work from 8:30-3:30 Monday to Friday. These roles are temporary to permanent for the strongest candidates.

Key Responsibilities - 1:1 TA - Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
Work closely with a student in KS2 with ASD and SEMH needs
Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour using a range of techniques
Build strong relationships with parents
Find creative ways to ensure learners are engaged
About you - 1:1 TA - Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
Passionate about working with children with SEN
Natural relationship builder
Able to commute to or local to Northampton
Passionate about improving outcomes for children with additional needs
Reliable and flexible
