6-month contract
* Hybrid working, Berkshire
* Salary – to £52,000
This international organisation are seeking an experienced and adaptable 1st line support analyst to join their busy IT team.
The role will revolve around providing support to the business’s users particularly those new to the organisation, experiencing technical issues or just generally seeking advice. Contact will take place by telephone, email, remote log-in and also in person so it’s essential that the Analyst is a confident and clear communicator and is also well-organised and schedule focussed.
Queries will be linked to both hardware and software, so a good working knowledge of a variety of machines, systems and applications is essential to include Microsoft 365; Windows 10/11, Windows networking etc.
