What You'll Be Doing:
Be a go-to problem solver for complex support queries-via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
Work on meaningful IT projects and help onboard exciting new clients.
Build trusted relationships with users and customers through exceptional service and communication.What You'll Bring:
2 - 4 years of experience in an MSP or similar high-pressure IT environment.
A customer focused mind-set and excellent communication skillsSolid knowledge of:
Windows Server & Active Directory
Virtualisation (Hyper-V, VMware, Dell)
Networking (switches, firewalls)
VDI platforms (Citrix, RDS)
Backup technologies (Veeam, off-site)
A sharp eye for detail, solid organisational skills, and a proactive mindset.Please Note: Individuals must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle
