This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced 360 Operators to join a major new phase of works just south of Norwich, offering the kind of long-term stability and continuity that can be hard to come by in the current market.
My client is delivering a high-profile project with multiple ongoing phases, so for the right operator this is a genuine opportunity to establish yourself as a long-term part of the team. Whether you’re looking for your next local assignment or a more secure, ongoing contract, this role offers both.
As a 360 Operator on this site, you’ll be working on machines 10T and above or below, with lifting operations as a key part of the role. This gives you the chance to put your existing experience to good use, while operating in a well-managed environment where quality and safety come first. Whether you're CPCS or NPORS accredited as a Competent Operator, this role allows you to work as part of a skilled team on a well-organised site where your contribution will be genuinely valued.
In addition to a steady workload and excellent site conditions, you can expect:
Ongoing work beyond the initial 3 months for the right candidate
Paying £22 an hour with reliable weekly pay
