Job Title: 360 Machine Operator
Location: Hersden
Salary: £14.00 p.h DOE
Hours: Full-Time – Monday to Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm; Saturday, 7:00am–12:30pm
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
We are currently recruiting experienced 360 Machine Operators for a well-established client in the waste management industry. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking long-term, stable work with the potential to become permanent after 10 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate 360 excavators and material handlers in a busy waste or recycling environment
* Safely load, move, and sort materials on-site
* Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on machinery
* Adhere to all site health and safety regulations
* Collaborate with the site team to maintain smooth operations
Requirements:
* Valid NPORS, CPCS, or equivalent ticket for 360/excavator operation
* Experience operating material handlers (essential)
* Background in the waste or recycling industry (highly desirable)
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
* Able to commit to the stated working hours
