Job Description
Temp to Perm 7.5T Driver Needed – Thurmaston
We’re recruiting on behalf of our client in Thurmaston for a 7.5T Curtainsider Driver to deliver fabrication materials.
Key Details:
*
Shift: Monday to Friday
*
Start Time: 8:00 AM
*
Hours: 8-hour shifts
*
Pay: £21.21ph
Job Role:
*
Driving a manual 7.5T curtainsider vehicle
*
4–5 drops per day (max) of fabrication material
*
All loads delivered on trolleys
*
No handballing – 95% of the time, FLT offload
*
Use of ratchet straps is essential
*
Daily London driving required – applicants must be confident with city driving
Requirements:
*
Valid 7.5T (C1) licence, CPC, and Digital Tacho Card
*
Minimum 2 years' 7.5T driving experience
*
Comfortable using ratchet straps and operating curtainsider vehicles
*
Confident navigating London traffic and drops
