Salary: £26,800 - £28,600
My client, a reputable college in Cambridge who is a hub of academic excellence, innovative learning environments, and state-of-the-art facilities. Recognised with Investors in People Gold status is looking for an Accommodation & Welfare Officer.
You will be reporting to the International Centre Manager, and you will be the backbone of student welfare - ensuring international students feel supported, safe, and engaged throughout their time at the college.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Sourcing and assessing high-quality Homestay accommodation - carrying out health, safety, and safeguarding checks
• Supporting student wellbeing and fostering social integration
• Coordinating administrative tasks related to ESOL admissions, visa processing, and compliance
• Contributing to marketing & recruitment efforts within the International Office
I am searching for a dedicated professional with:
• Proven experience in accommodation & welfare within an educational setting
• Strong organisational & interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently & collaboratively
• A student-centred approach and a passion for creating outstanding support services
• Flexibility, including some evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
