Our client is a leading Global insights agency which specialises in brand, advertising and product innovation
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially curious research professional to step into a more client-facing commercial role. You will support the growth of high-profile accounts across FMCG and retail, delivering insight-led solutions.
The role involves a mix of business development and client relationship management. From contributing to high-value pitches and proposals to helping manage key accounts, you will play a central role in driving commercial success.
You will need:
4+ years' experience in a market research agency, with a solid understanding of insight-led decision making
A natural communicator, comfortable building relationships and presenting to clients, with strong written and verbal skills.
Commercially aware and motivated to grow accounts and contribute to business development efforts.
Experience working with marketing, insights, or brand teams, with a proven ability to align research solutions with business challenges.
Confident using tools such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
A collaborative, proactive mindset — someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys working as part of a high-performing team.
