Job Description
Escape Recruitment Services' Commercial Division is working in partnership with a multinational engineering company based in West Lothian. We're recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to join their Commercial Team on a permanent basis.
In this role, you'll manage relationships with blue-chip clients, drive revenue growth, and liaise with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities:
Manage key accounts and ensure contractual compliance and performance.
Develop commercial opportunities and support ongoing business growth.
Work closely with the Planning team to communicate supply issues and manage customer expectations.
Lead customer review meetings and coordinate follow-up actions across internal teams.
Manage, quote and close customer enquiries in line with company policy.
Report on KPIs, budgets, forecasts and other commercial data to senior leadership.Experience Required:
Previous experience in an account management role within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
Strong relationship-building skills, comfortable working with executive-level stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident negotiator with the ability to influence and lead.
Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities and a proactive approach.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelBefore You Apply
