What You'll Be Owning:
🔹 Account Leadership - Manage your own portfolio of customers, ensuring seamless service delivery from start to finish.
🔹 Operational Oversight - Keep everything running smoothly and on target with SLAs and KPIs.
🔹 Performance Tracking - Monitor and report on account metrics, making data-driven decisions.
🔹 Top-Tier Communication - Work hand-in-hand with CRM and warehouse teams. You'll be the bridge that keeps everyone connected.
🔹 First-Line Support - Handle queries to a high standard, and know when to escalate.
🔹 Invoicing Accuracy - Keep billing on point and on time.
🔹 Relationship Building - Be the friendly face and trusted contact your clients can rely on.
