Up to £30,000 base + uncapped commission
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and growing recruitment consultancy specialising in the blue collar construction sector. We are seeking a driven and professional Account Manager to manage and develop relationships with existing clients, focusing on delivering high-quality service and sustainable growth.
This role is ideal for someone with recruitment experience who enjoys working on warm desks and building long-term client partnerships rather than cold sales.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow relationships with existing clients in the blue collar construction sector
