You’ll be:

Handling payments, invoices, and reconciliations like a pro
*
Managing client statements and VAT returns
*
Keeping records on point and super accurate
*
Working closely with the Property Management team to keep things smooth and streamlined
Must-Haves:
*
AAT Level 4 or nearly there
*
Property finance/accounting experience
*
Spreadsheet confidence (Excel = your playground)
*
Software savvy (Tramps, Yardi, Propman or similar)
