Job Description
Staffright Southend LTD are currently looking for a part time, experienced 'Accounts Assistant' for a small business operating for over 45 years based in Great Wakering Essex.
We offer:
· Monday , Weds & Fridays only
· 9.30am-2.30pm (Candidates will also need to be able to cover 5 days a week from 9.30am to 2.30pm for three weeks a year to provide holiday cover in the office)

Responsibilities:
· Purchase Ledger
· Bank Recs
· Invoicing
As a Accounts Assistant, you will:
Have ‘SAGE 50 Cloud’ accounts experience - Essential
Taking accurate telephone orders, phoning suppliers to place product orders. Taking manual card payments face to face and over the phone and paying in cheques via a banking app.
Responding to emails
Excel and Word experience would be advantageous.
Previous Accounts experience or similar job role in office environment.
Have good attention to detail
Have good English communication skillsBefore You Apply
